Healthcare that thinks ahead
Getting care still takes too long, and your health story ends up scattered across systems that never talk to each other. Healthting puts it back together: patients, verified doctors, home care nurses, and one record they can all work from.

Catch what matters earlier
Most health problems announce themselves quietly. A symptom gets dismissed, a follow-up is missed, a record never reaches the next doctor. We pair clinical expertise with machine learning so those signals get noticed early, and so what follows feels like one continuous conversation instead of a series of cold starts.
In practice that means an AI Doctor available at 3 a.m., specialists you can book in two taps, a nurse who comes to your door when the next step is a dressing change rather than a waiting room, and one encrypted record that follows you instead of the clinic.
Four principles, no exceptions
Patients first
Every decision starts with one question: does this get someone to the right care, sooner? Features that don't are features we don't build.
Clinical rigor
AI on Healthting assists, and never replaces a professional. Guidance is built for triage and clarity, and it always hands off to a verified doctor.
Privacy by default
Health data is the most personal data there is. Records are encrypted end-to-end, never sold, and shared only when you decide to share them.
Access for everyone
Quality care shouldn't depend on your zip code or your schedule. The platform is free to join and works in English, French, and Arabic.
Every feature, and how to use it
Healthting has four kinds of account: patients, doctors, nurses, and Red Cross responders. Here is what each part does and the exact steps to use it. Creating an account is free and takes about a minute.
AI Doctor
Describe a symptom in your own words and get a clear read on what it might be, how urgent it is, and what to do next. It reads your health profile first, so the answer fits you. Available at 3 a.m.
- Create a free account and fill in your health profile, including age, conditions, and medication.
- Open AI Doctor and describe what you are feeling in plain language.
- Read the analysis, the urgency, and the suggested next step.
- Book a doctor straight from the answer when it says you should see one.
This is guidance, not a diagnosis. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Find a doctor and book an appointment
Every doctor on the platform is credential-checked before their profile goes live. Browse by specialty, see real working hours, and book without a phone call.
- Open Find Doctors. Share your location and the list re-sorts by how far each clinic actually is from you.
- Filter by specialty, or search by name.
- Open a doctor's profile to read their qualifications, certificates, and working days.
- Pick a slot and confirm. The appointment appears in your dashboard and theirs.
Home nursing visits
Some care does not need a waiting room. Book a nurse to come to your address for wound care, elderly care, recovery after surgery, maternity care, dialysis support, or palliative care.
- Open Find Nurses and search by area of care. Share your location to sort by distance.
- Send a follow request to the nurse you want. They accept, and you are connected.
- Open Nurse Appointments and describe what you need, with a title and the details.
- Attach the prescription your doctor wrote, as a photo or a PDF.
- Choose the schedule: a single visit, or repeating every day, every other day, weekly, or every 14, 21, or 30 days, with an end date.
- The nurse reads it and accepts or declines. Once accepted, the visits appear on a calendar you both see.
Following each other first is required. It is what lets a nurse decline work that is not right for them before any details are shared.
Messaging
Ask the short question that comes up between visits without booking a whole appointment.
- Follow the doctor or nurse you want to reach, and wait for them to accept.
- Open Chat and pick them from your list.
- Send your message. Replies arrive as notifications.
A nurse can close a conversation once the care is finished, which keeps their list to people they are actively treating.
Your medical record
Prescriptions, results, and past visits in one place, so you stop retelling your history to every new clinician.
- Everything from an appointment on Healthting is saved to your record automatically.
- Open Prescriptions or Appointments to read past ones any time.
- A doctor or nurse you are connected to can see what they need during your care.
Community
Ask a health question in public and read what other people asked before you.
- Open Community and search for your question. It has probably been asked.
- Post your own if it has not, and follow the thread for replies.
Community posts are written by other patients, not by clinicians. Treat them as experience, not medical advice.
For doctors and nurses
The professional side is free to join too. Publish a profile, set the hours you actually work, and take requests.
- Register and pick your role, then complete your profile and verify your email.
- Upload your certificates so patients can check your credentials.
- Set your working days and hours. Patients only see the times you are genuinely available.
- Accept or decline the requests that arrive, and message patients directly.
Built for the most personal data there is
A health platform earns trust or it earns nothing. These are the commitments the product is built around.
Verified providers only
Doctors and nurses are credential-checked before a profile goes live, and both publish the certificates behind their qualifications.
Encrypted end-to-end
Prescriptions, results, and conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. You control exactly who sees your record, and for how long.
Honest about AI
Our AI Doctor is a guide, not a diagnosis. It exists to help you understand a symptom and reach the right professional, and it says so plainly.
